ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Abide by AAA Colorado rules and regulations as set forth in the “Employee Handbook” and follow all Retail Store departmental procedures, manuals, and memos.
  • To ensure office has an adequate number of well trained staff to provide high quality customer service during hours of operation.

This includes:

  1. Monitoring and approving attendance.
  2. Approving and tracking vacation, sick leave and other time off.
  3. Administer time card compliance.
  4. Schedule daily desk and phone duty.
  5. Recruit, interview and hire acceptable candidates.
  6. Initiate employee disciplinary action and deliver warnings.
  7. Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely fashion.

  11. Monitor expenses of the office through controlled purchasing of products and services and through the review and analysis of each office’s profit and expense reports.
  12. Maintain communication flow between office personnel and all departments within AAA Colorado, to ensure actions taken are in the best interest of the company. Facilitate a monthly staff meeting for the Retail Store.
  13. Prepare, document and maintain office records covering areas of personnel, accounting, sales and inventory. Security of company records is of vital importance to ensure minimal losses to the company.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance to reflect the desired reputation of AAA Colorado, Inc and of its staff.
  15. Administer the 5 Diamond Call Coaching Program for all employees. Also, work any hours necessary outside of regular working hours in order to ensure 5 Diamond Service to all internal and external customers.
  16. Represent the organization at the local level through community/business involvement. (ie. Store Travel Nights, Leads Groups, Chamber of Commerce, etc…)
  17. Complete all necessary Monthly Reports and Auditing Procedures to ensure minimal losses (This includes the office safety audit).
  18. Coordinate with the company’s Facilities and IT Departments to complete necessary maintenance and upgrades.
  19. To make sure the office appearance is both neat and professional. Monitor and adjust office traffic flow and maintain appropriate levels of stock.
  20. Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Must have strong customer relation’s skills experience in a service industry
  • Must have experience with managing or supervising personnel
  • Knowledgeable of sales and service management
  • Must have valid Colorado operator’s license and qualify under AAA Colorado insurance and underwriting requirements

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

This position is responsible for the oversight of the Approved Auto Repair and Contractor relationship program specialists. This position oversees the strategic and tactical implementation of all appropriate AAA quality standards for both AAR and Contractor operations, reviewing contractual components for accuracy and applicability.

As Manager this position will work directly with the AAR and Contractor reps to ensure the critical vendor information is catalogued and shared with the appropriate internal AAA Colorado teams. This position will be responsible for ensuring the tracking and reporting of key performance metrics based on this information for each area, ensuring the highest level of member service is being provided by both areas.

Responsible for the development of and adherence to approved departmental budgets. Develops and implements plans, programs, contingencies and recommendations to meet budget and track expenses. Provide all necessary oversight for the review and release of all daily work to AAA Accounting personnel and the Vice President of AAA Auto Services.

Oversee the development and administration of technical and qualitative training programs enabling employees to administer extraordinary service. Provides training and information to staff and ensures compliance to all Quality Standards, AAA Colorado policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state, and federal guidelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Any Candidate must possess excellent decision-making, problem-solving, planning and human resource skills to provide the leadership and direction necessary to ensure attainment of all objectives
  • Colorado driver’s license and MVR that complies with AAA underwriting standards

Roadside Assistance Towing Technician

Location: Pacesetter Roadside Assistance, Inc., 10101 E. Geddes Ave., Centennial, CO 801112

SUMMARY
Utilizing a fleet vehicle to promptly, professionally and safely complete service duties such as basic mechanical assistance and diagnosis, tire changes, lock-outs, fuel delivery, battery and electrical system diagnostics, towing and winch-out services for AAA members.

Must be able to safely operate an extended wheelbase tow truck on public roadways in metropolitan areas, parking lots and neighborhoods. Must be able to load and unload vehicles onto tow truck safely and without damage.

Ensures service is provided quickly upon receipt of the order and consistently provides high quality standards and response times. Ensures member, employee and vehicle safety at all times. Assures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures in Pacesetter operations.

Determines when a vehicle needs to be towed or when it can safely be operated.

Handles relationships with motorists and public agency officials; ensuring a positive and professional image. Answers question(s) and interprets policy regarding service guidelines. Provides recommendations for approved repair and answers questions on other AAA Colorado club services. Takes appropriate action to deal with member’s emotional state, providing reassurance and advice in addition to dealing with the technical aspects of the situation.

Completes all required paperwork in relation to prescribed duties including any applicable logs, inspections or reports as legally or otherwise required. Collect, record and secure all monies received from the member for services rendered and processes them according to department policy.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  1. High school education or GED required.
  2. Ability to read and interpret directions utilizing electronic and traditional maps.
  3. Intense knowledge of streets, highways and local landmarks.
  4. Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions which would prevent driving during day or night hours, or for extended periods of time.
  5. Excellent driving record; must have and maintain an acceptable driving record per insurance carrier’s standards.
  6. Must be capable of working under pressure, busy circumstances and surroundings and to react to instructions quickly & willingly.

Roadside Assistance Battery Technician

Location: Pacesetter Roadside Assistance, Inc., 10101 E. Geddes Ave., Centennial, CO 80112

SUMMARY
Utilizing a fleet vehicle to promptly, professionally and safely complete service duties such as basic mechanical assistance and diagnosis, tire changes, lock-outs, fuel delivery, battery and electrical system diagnostic service and battery sales and installation for AAA members.

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides prompt and efficient roadside assistance to include services such as basic troubleshooting of disabled vehicles, jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, battery sales and installation and lock bypass entry. Must be able to safely operate a full-size truck on public roadways in metropolitan areas and neighborhoods.

Ensures service is provided quickly upon receipt of the order and consistently provides high quality standards and response times. Ensures member, employee and vehicle safety at all times. Assures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures in Pacesetter operations.

Determines when a vehicle needs to be towed or when it can safely be operated.

Handles relationships with motorists and public agency officials ensuring a positive and professional image. Answers questions and interprets policy regarding service guidelines. Provides recommendations for approved repair and answers questions on other AAA Colorado services. Takes appropriate action to deal with member’s emotional state, providing reassurance and advice in addition to dealing with the technical aspects of the situation.

Completes all required paperwork in relation to prescribed duties including any applicable logs, inspections or reports as legally or otherwise required. Collect, record and secure all monies received from the member for services rendered and processes them according to department policy.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  1. High school education or GED required.
  2. Certificate of qualification in automotive repair (ASE or equivalent) or five (5) years of mechanical experience desired.
  3. Ability to read and interpret directions utilizing electronic and traditional maps.
  4. Intense knowledge of streets, highways and local landmarks.
  5. Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions which would prevent driving during day or night hours or for extended periods of time.
  6. Excellent driving record. Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record per insurance carrier’s standards.
  7. Must be capable of working under pressure, busy circumstances and surroundings and to react to instructions quickly & willingly.
