EMAIL AND DIGITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGER

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Manage digital marketing efforts in search marketing campaigns, email communication, and SEO that support the AAA brand and help generate revenue and reduce costs for the business lines in support of their business goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage email marketing efforts including monthly newsletters, press releases, and other member communications for each of the business lines
  • Coordinate and execute digital campaigns (search, display, retargeting) for general membership growth and for sales growth in all business lines, including development of digital marketing creative, and working with the web team to develop necessary landing pages and website modifications
  • Coordination of third party ad agency/design teams, as needed. Coordinate with business lines on details of digital marketing initiatives to appropriate staff
  • Document digital campaign processes, track results, and report on digital marketing campaigns. Provide operational and analytical support for tracking, reporting and evaluation related to campaign performance reporting to the business lines
  • Develop and implement email strategies and best practices to assure maximum email effectiveness and minimal member opt-outs
  • Contribute to the planning and creative development of digital marketing projects
  • Grow and manage opt-in email address lists
  • Develop and implement a keyword strategy for the website to increase ranking and relevancy of SEM ads
  • Utilize white-hat strategies and creative content to build our organic ranking for key terms relating to each business line

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in email marketing, managing search marketing campaigns and SEO

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Provide marketing support and clerical/administrative support for the Marketing Department. Provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to members, vendors and employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with marketing efforts for all business lines: Membership, Insurance, Travel, Auto Buying, Roadside Assistance.
  • Create event flyers in Adobe InDesign to promote upcoming events for these business lines.
  • Design ads for EnCompass in Adobe InDesign for these business lines.
  • Attend and assist at marketing events for these business lines.
  • Assist the business line managers with any additional marketing and advertising assistance they may need to promote their business line.
  • Perform accurate data entry and assist in the planning, tracking and reporting of marketing activities.
  • Accurate and timely data entry of member information (updates, corrections, additions).
  • Planning and coordinating marketing event initiatives to include tracking all marketing event materials on an Event Materials Log for proper check-in and check-out of materials. Prepare business line managers with event materials they have requested.
  • Report on the effectiveness of events, collecting data from the front line and business line managers to report total traffic counts, total leads generated, total sales generated, and ROI (return on investment).
  • Build and maintain a Marketing Communication Grid, which outlines each business line, and the timeline of communication with members, to ensure we are not inundating members with correspondence, and also are not going dark on opportunities to engage.
  • Assist in maintaining a marketing calendar of all collateral, including design and printing of materials.
  • Gather and compile information for updating calendar on regular basis.
  • Export member data from database and pull lists for mailings.
  • Maintain the schedule of data exports.
  • Export and package for distribution, to vendors or internal staff, member data files for all member contacts (mail, phone, email and social).
  • Maintain Non-Disclosure documents for 3rd party vendors.
  • Report compilation and reformatting.
  • Assist in report creation.
  • Extract data from internal data sources to compile ad-hoc and regularly occurring reports.
  • Reformat data into presentable reports.
  • Create NPS (Net Promoter Score) reports.
  • Data enter all NPS survey responses entered into Access database.
  • Member data look up and code individual survey responses.
  • Update NPS tracking reports and distribute monthly.
  • Clean up email opt-outs and other opt-out requests from database.
  • Promotions fulfillment of gift cards or other promotional items.
  • Log and track gift card fulfillment.
  • Report on totals monthly.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices in Adobe EchoSign program.
  • Code invoices according to departmental accounting codes which match the current marketing budget.
  • Confirm approval of costs with business line manager or marketing manager overseeing that business line.
  • Matching existing purchase orders with incoming invoices, and working with vendors if discrepancies are found.
  • Follow up on invoices as necessary with Accounting to ensure payment to vendors.
  • Keep current log of phone DID numbers used in marketing/advertising efforts.
  • Assist with the planning and coordinator of retail store events.
  • Order and coordinate needs and delivery with vendors such as rental party supplies, caterer and print vendors.
  • Coordinate the stuffing of event bags, order necessary insert/brochures/flyers, and work with business line managers on content for the bags to represent their departments.
  • Assist with the distribution of invitation letters to community leaders and VIPs.
  • Assist with the RSVP list and regular reporting to the event team on attendees.
  • Work with Operations to pack up and deliver all event materials to event site, and post-event wrap up and tear down.
  • Handle or distribute member inquiries.
  • Receive transfer calls at any time from the Call Center, with live member calls, and troubleshoot their needs.
  • Update and maintain member information in member database.
  • Assist with contract renewals, tracking, processing and invoicing for the Discount Programs department.
  • Check list of Partner contracts for expiration dates monthly.
  • Send renewal letter and contract via Adobe EchoSign.
  • Confirm receipt of the document within Adobe EchoSign.
  • Follow up with Partner when no response is received.
  • Document receipt of payments, signed contracts and cancelled contracts on tracking spreadsheet.
  • Provide the Director of Discounts & Rewards with summary report of month’s results.
  • Provide additional assistance when requested for Discount Programs, Communications/PR and the Digital Marketing departments.
  • Enter contest entry forms accurately and expediently immediately after an event so the Digital department can send an e-blast to event attendees.
  • Assist with proofreading EnCompass magazine editions and other forms of member communication before publishing.
  • Take meeting notes at a variety of team meetings.
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinate schedules of several attendees and booking conference rooms.
  • Help with meeting set up and coordination with other departments (i.e. IT, HR, etc.)
  • Perform professional, assiduous and cooperative administrative and clerical support to the immediate marketing team and the entire marketing department.

  1. Provide members with Travel Planning, information, assistance and guidance including maps and touring publications.
  2. Offer and book car and hotel reservations based on the customers’ needs.
  3. Monitor customer traffic on the front line in order to ensure that all members and customers are taken care of within the company standards timeframe.
  4. Assist members with AAA services and questions including, cash transactions, membership questions, and other services in a courteous and helpful manner.
  5. Protect the assets that are entrusted to the MSC including cash, checks, credit card numbers, financial products, safe combinations, keys to the building, etc.
  6. Sell and maintain records on financial service products and other negotiable instruments entrusted to MSC.
  7. Accurately record cash receipts to the cashiering system.
  8. Prepare deposit and drop cash and checks in safe. Assist the armored car service in the daily pick up of funds.
  9. Contact members, managers, and employees on any discrepancies or problems.
  10. Adhere to appropriate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cut-off periods.
  11. Using AICWEB and MainStreet, keep informed on programs and be able to recommend to members.
  12. Be familiar with and sell all Travel Store and Luggage merchandise.
  13. Stock all Auto Travel materials.
  14. Accommodate members as much as possible by finding out answers from other departments and relaying information to members.
  15. Abide by AAA Colorado rules and regulations as set forth in the “Employee Handbook” and follow office procedures, manuals, and memos.

Roadside Assistance Towing Technician

SUMMARY
Utilizing a fleet vehicle to promptly, professionally and safely complete service duties such as basic mechanical assistance and diagnosis, tire changes, lock-outs, fuel delivery, battery and electrical system diagnostics, towing and winch-out services for AAA members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to safely operate an extended wheelbase tow truck on public roadways in metropolitan areas, parking lots and neighborhoods. Must be able to load and unload vehicles onto tow truck safely and without damage.

Ensures service is provided quickly upon receipt of the order and consistently provides high quality standards and response times. Ensures member, employee and vehicle safety at all times. Assures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures in Pacesetter operations.

Determines when a vehicle needs to be towed or when it can safely be operated.

Handles relationships with motorists and public agency officials; ensuring a positive and professional image. Answers question(s) and interprets policy regarding service guidelines. Provides recommendations for approved repair and answers questions on other AAA Colorado club services. Takes appropriate action to deal with member’s emotional state, providing reassurance and advice in addition to dealing with the technical aspects of the situation.

Completes all required paperwork in relation to prescribed duties including any applicable logs, inspections or reports as legally or otherwise required. Collect, record and secure all monies received from the member for services rendered and processes them according to department policy.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  1. High school education or GED required.
  2. Ability to read and interpret directions utilizing electronic and traditional maps.
  3. Intense knowledge of streets, highways and local landmarks.
  4. Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions which would prevent driving during day or night hours, or for extended periods of time.
  5. Excellent driving record; must have and maintain an acceptable driving record per insurance carrier’s standards.
  6. Must be capable of working under pressure, busy circumstances and surroundings and to react to instructions quickly & willingly.
  7. Must pass criminal background screening and pre-employment/random drug testing requirements.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and instill trust.
