  • Initiate follow-up actions to all Member insights channels which include, but are not limited to: letters, service alerts, phone calls, tickets, emails, chats, surveys, social media, websites, etc
  • Provide timely feedback to the business line leaders regarding service failures, member concerns or other items which impact service delivery. Promote continuous process improvement
  • Supports company policies, procedures and initiatives. Remains up to date on issues related to system changes, process changes, company policies and products
  • Advises other team member so resolutions to issues for consistency of services. Recommends improvements in customer service policies and procedures
  • Completes outbound surveys daily utilizing various tools. Initiates emails and calls to members to ensure service satisfaction and resolution to any issues. Records, tracks and analyzes feedback and communicates with other departments to share and improve member satisfaction

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE BATTERY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

DUTIES:

  • Act as liaison with the AAA National Battery Service partner/supplier
  • Review AAA Battery Service related contractual components for accuracy and applicability
  • Maintain AAA Battery Service related contractor documents for Quality Standard 14 (QS14) compliance
  • Travel as required to inspect AAA Battery Service contractors to ensure they meet program requirements as well as share best practices with technicians and office staff

  • Maintain battery equipment (testers, printers, etc.) inventories for accuracy and completeness; maintain a computer based inventory system for said items
  • Ensure AAA Battery Service contractors meet QS14 compliance per AAA National Battery Program standards
  • Coordinate the ordering, stocking and distribution of AAA Battery Service related printed materials (invoices, brochures, etc.)
  • Act as liaison to AAA National Battery Service program partner Deltran Corp. (Battery Tenders). Provide training, support promotion and tracking of Battery Tender sales by battery service technicians

  • Facilitate monthly SD card downloads and data review for all AAA Battery Service contractor technicians. Review, track and report AAA Battery Service performance both monthly and annually

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage the AAA Colorado Approved Auto Repair and Contractor relationship programs. This position is responsible for the oversight of the Approved Auto Repair and Contractor relationship program specialists. This position oversees the strategic and tactical implementation of all appropriate AAA quality standards for both AAR and Contractor operations, reviewing contractual components for accuracy and applicability.

As Manager this position will work directly with the AAR and Contractor reps to ensure the critical vendor information is catalogued and shared with the appropriate internal AAA Colorado teams. Responsible for the development of and adherence to approved departmental budgets. Develops and implements plans, programs, contingencies and recommendations to meet budget and track expenses. Provide all necessary oversight for the review and release of all daily work to AAA Accounting personnel and the Vice President of AAA Auto Services.

Oversee the development and administration of technical and qualitative training programs enabling employees to administer extraordinary service. Provides training and information to staff and ensures compliance to all Quality Standards, AAA Colorado policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state, and federal guidelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Any Candidate must possess excellent decision-making, problem-solving, planning and human resource skills to provide the leadership and direction necessary to ensure attainment of all objectives

Roadside Assistance Towing Technician

Provides recommendations for approved repair and answers questions on other AAA Colorado club services. Takes appropriate action to deal with member’s emotional state, providing reassurance and advice in addition to dealing with the technical aspects of the situation.

Completes all required paperwork in relation to prescribed duties including any applicable logs, inspections or reports as legally or otherwise required. Collect, record and secure all monies received from the member for services rendered and processes them according to department policy.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  1. High school education or GED required.
  2. Ability to read and interpret directions utilizing electronic and traditional maps.
  3. Intense knowledge of streets, highways and local landmarks.
  4. Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions which would prevent driving during day or night hours, or for extended periods of time.
  5. Excellent driving record; must have and maintain an acceptable driving record per insurance carrier’s standards.
  6. Must be capable of working under pressure, busy circumstances and surroundings and to react to instructions quickly & willingly.
  7. Must pass criminal background screening and pre-employment/random drug testing requirements.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and instill trust.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Ability to function well under extreme weather conditions including heat, cold, ice, snow, rain sleet, hail, flooding and other elements. Ability to work under pressure during periods of high volume. Roadside Assistance Battery Technician

Location: Pacesetter Roadside Assistance, Inc., 10101 E. Geddes Ave., Centennial, CO 80112

SUMMARY
Utilizing a fleet vehicle to promptly, professionally and safely complete service duties such as basic mechanical assistance and diagnosis, tire changes, lock-outs, fuel delivery, battery and electrical system diagnostic service and battery sales and installation for AAA members.

Determines when a vehicle needs to be towed or when it can safely be operated.
