For Your Safety: What to know as we re-open

Keeping people safe is at the heart of everything we do at AAA Colorado. Equally important is our commitment to customer service, and to serving you when and how you expect.

To that end, we’ve been working diligently to re-open our store locations, and we’re confident we’ll be back in business, in-person, soon. We’re so excited to see you again!

When you do return to our stores, you’ll find several things have changed in order to protect your health and the health of our employees.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • We are continuing to monitor the guidelines from local, state, and federal authorities, and you can expect a gradual, phased re-opening. We will keep you informed about each of the stores’ scheduled re-openings as they occur.
     
  • We have modified our facilities to ensure safety by equipping stores with plexiglass, new signage, hand-sanitizer stations, and new layouts to accommodate social distancing. We’re also increasing our daily and weekly cleaning protocols.
     
  • We may ask you to wear a mask when you visit, just as all our employees do. If you don’t have a mask, we’ll be happy to provide you with one. If you are exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, or if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for the coronavirus, we ask that you refrain from visiting our stores at this time.
