Kelli Keith of Boulder submitted this photo by email of a gorgeous sunset in Boulder. “I took a walk around Twin Lakes, a Boulder County Open Space, when I was fortunate to capture this amazing sunset,” Keith tells EnCompass. “Like many others, I found myself working from home, without anything to do during the pandemic. So, I chose to explore as much Open Space as possible. Kim Slemint of Broomfield submitted this photo by email of her children, Jade and Zeke, flying a kite near Marshall Mesa in Boulder. “We decided to make use of the Foothills winds to fly our kites,” Slemint tells EnCompass. “The kites were flapping wildly out of control and the wind was muffling the kids’ squeals of excitement.
